Using ParentPay

The academy uses a cashless catering system for the canteen and other purchases. Click HERE to go to the ‘Getting Started’ guide from ParentPay.

Most students use their fingerprint for payments, but 4-digit pins are also available. This is designed to help make our students take responsibility for their own data security and will help them to get used to the way things work in the 'outside world'.

Parent Pay refunds. All refund requests, including end of year leavers, should be sent to info@harrislowewillesden.org.uk to ensure prompt processing. Innovate IFG will not be liable to pay refunds older than two years. These balances will be refunded back to the account from which the original top-up was made. In the event of that account being closed, or the top-up is too old, BACS payment will be arranged to the parent’s account.
