Our menu has been created after extensive research into student preferences. We pride ourselves on it being nutritious, delicious and compliant with all government guidelines.

The academy uses a cashless system for food and drink purchases. Please see our ParentPay page for details.

Free school meals
Your child may be entitled to free school meals. Even if your child does not wish to eat free school meals, but is entitled to them, it's worth applying because for each child entitled to free school meals the Academy could receive funding to help with tuition, resources, coaching and extra assistance. Find out if your child is entitled to free school meals.

Breakfast club
Our free breakfast club providing free porridge, cereal and bagels is available Monday – Friday from 7.45am - 8.20am.
Allergies
If a student has any food allergies or intolerances, please email our medical lead, Ms Corbin, at K.Corbin@harrislowewillesden.org.uk, who can provide further information. Food allergen information is labelled in BOLD on all pre-packaged food. Allergen information on all other food products is available from our catering team on request.
Using ParentPay for cashless payments
The academy uses a cashless catering system for the canteen, paid trips and other purchases. Click HERE to go to the ‘Getting Started’ guide from ParentPay.
Most students use their fingerprint for payments, but 4-digit pins are also available. This is designed to help make our students take responsibility for their own data security and will help them to get used to the way things work in the 'outside world'.
Parent Pay refunds. All refund requests, including the year leavers, should be sent to info@harrislowewillesden.org.uk to ensure prompt processing. Innovate IFG will not be liable to pay refunds older than two years.
